Before the massage the client is asked to relax in the sauna for approximately 20 minutes – a steam bath helps to prepare the body for the intense massage that follows. The high temperature additionally helps to unwind and relax as a mental preparation for the treatment. Before the actual massage begins the therapist soaps the body from top to bottom cleaning it with sponges. The third and final stage is an intense and deep massage after which a cold shower is recommended.

Already a 30 minute massage helps to mentally stimulate the client allowing to regain inner balance and receive a positive energy boost. During this massage orange scented oils are used and after the massage each customer is invited to enjoy a complementary freshly pressed orange juice.

This luxurious massage is performed by two therapists simultaneously. During this massage the therapist uses heated basalt stones with a smooth surface. The stones affect energy centers that in accordance with Hindu tradition are called chakras. The human body has seven most important chakras that are located from the base of the backbone to the head. These are classical places to position the stones, however they can be placed also on the face, palms or feet.
The warmth of the stones helps to loosen tight muscles, it improves circulation and calms the nervous system. Furthermore it helps to secure a deep state of relaxation in a fast and efficient way that is beneficial for the weary and strained body and mind.
