Personal data will be processed by FMK general partnership KONIECZNY in particular:
On the basis of Article 6(1)(b) and (c) of the GDPR for the purpose of:
a) taking steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract, or performing a contract to which the data subject is a party (data necessary to conclude the contract are indicated on the contract form)
b) fulfilling a legal obligation imposed on the Controller
On the basis of the legitimate interest of FMK general partnership KONIECZNY [i.e., Article 6(1)(f) GDPR] for the purpose of:
a) marketing its own products or services, including personalized offers based on the client’s profile
b) organizing and conducting competitions or other marketing activities
c) pursuing or securing claims
d) performing analyses of the technical quality of provided services and equipment
On the basis of separate consent [Article 6(1)(a) GDPR] for the purpose of:
a) verifying the client's payment credibility using information from economic information bureaus, in particular BIG InfoMonitor S.A., or data contained in the Controller’s own database
b) providing the client with information about proposed changes to the Agreement, including the Regulations and Price List, changes of company name, address or registered office, as well as confirmation of receiving a complaint and sending a response to the indicated e-mail address
c) direct marketing of FMK general partnership KONIECZNY products or services
d) direct marketing of products or services of entities cooperating with FMK general partnership KONIECZNY — while personal data will not be shared with third parties, communication will be carried out by FMK using electronic means (e.g., SMS, MMS, e-mail) or telecommunication end devices (e.g., phone
Personal data processed for the purpose of concluding or performing a contract and fulfilling the Controller’s legal obligations will be stored:
for the duration of the contract, and after its termination for the period necessary for:
a) after-sales customer service (e.g., complaint handling)
b) securing or pursuing claims of FMK general partnership KONIECZNY
c) fulfilling the Controller’s legal obligations (e.g., tax or accounting laws)
Personal data processed for marketing purposes based on legitimate interest will be stored until the data subject objects.
Personal data processed on the basis of consent will be stored until the consent is withdrawn.
In the case of consent for processing telecommunications data for marketing purposes, data will be processed only for the duration of the contract.
