The swimming teaching program primarily includes initial adaptation to the water environment, meaning learning fundamental swimming skills such as:
Submerging the face, controlled inhalation in the water, and orientation below the water surface (without goggles)
Becoming familiar with buoyancy and the principles of balanced swimming, as well as changing body position in the water (from horizontal to vertical and back)
Learning glides on the chest and back with full-body rotation in all planes



IMPROVING SWIMMING USING THE TOTAL IMMERSION METHOD
Focus is placed primarily on the following skills:
Improving backstroke technique
Improving freestyle technique
Enhancing movement mechanics
Increasing movement efficiency
Improving breathing technique
Enhancing motor coordination


Learning the breaststroke
Learning the butterfly
Turns for each swimming technique
Classes last 45 minutes.
