All age groups

We teach swimming to children, teenagers, and adults.

Step 01

Initial adaptation to the water environment.

Improving swimming using the Total Immersion method.

STEP 01:

The swimming teaching program primarily includes initial adaptation to the water environment, meaning learning fundamental swimming skills such as:

  • Submerging the face, controlled inhalation in the water, and orientation below the water surface (without goggles)

  • Becoming familiar with buoyancy and the principles of balanced swimming, as well as changing body position in the water (from horizontal to vertical and back)

  • Learning glides on the chest and back with full-body rotation in all planes

Swimming lessons include all age categories:

Age groups

PRESCHOOLERS (4–6 YEARS OLD)

Water adaptation classes are conducted in the form of play. During the classes, young swimmers learn to:

  • behave comfortably in the water and react calmly to external stimuli

  • open their eyes under water

  • submerge their head

  • perform active exhalation into the water

Preschoolers who move freely in the water learn to swim using simplified backstroke and freestyle techniques, with elements of diving.

SCHOOL-AGE CHILDREN, TEENS & ADULTS

The program primarily includes initial adaptation to the water environment, meaning learning basic swimming skills such as:

  • submerging the face, active exhalation into the water, and orientation under water (without goggles)

  • understanding buoyancy and principles of balanced swimming, and changing body position in the water (from horizontal to vertical and vice versa)

  • learning glides on the chest and back with full-body rotation in all planes

The main goal for this group is to master the techniques of backstroke, freestyle, and safe water entry — including jumps feet-first and head-first.

STEP 02:

  • IMPROVING SWIMMING USING THE TOTAL IMMERSION METHOD
    Focus is placed primarily on the following skills:

  • Improving backstroke technique

  • Improving freestyle technique

  • Enhancing movement mechanics

  • Increasing movement efficiency

  • Improving breathing technique

  • Enhancing motor coordination

STEP 02:
New swimming technique elements are introduced:

New swimming technique elements are introduced:

  • Learning the breaststroke

  • Learning the butterfly

  • Turns for each swimming technique

Classes last 45 minutes.
